Urochloa mutica Para Grass
Poaceae Introduced. A perennial that grows to 2m tall. Its is a weed of the banks of waterways. Spreads readily from broken stolons. (syn. Bracharia mutica)

Inflorescence and leaf. The leaf sheath and nodes are densely hairy.

Flower units consist of 3 to 6 spiklets arranged in rows on an axis to form 5 to 20 racemes make up a flower head.
