Eudocima materna - Fruit Piercing Moth
  Catocalinae, Noctuidae

     Female

These large moths are a pest in citrus crops. They have an amoured tip to their proboscis which enables them to drive a hole into the fruit. The puncture permits the entry of bacteria and the fruit rots on the tree. Male and female have different wing patterns.
